Terms of service
The terms for using our website. Paid services are governed by the agreement we make with you.
About this website
This website is operated by Cypher B.V., based at Burgemeester Drijbersingel 51, 8021 JB Zwolle, the Netherlands. You can reach us at tom@cypher.build.
The website explains our services and lets you contact us. Browsing it or sending a request does not create a paid service agreement.
Working with Cypher
Before work begins, we agree on its scope and commercial terms separately. That agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, ownership, confidentiality, liability, and how the engagement can end.
If we process personal data on your behalf, the applicable data processing agreement sets out those responsibilities. These website terms do not replace or amend a client agreement. If they conflict, the client agreement governs the services.
Descriptions, examples, and outcomes on this website are general information. They are not a guarantee of a particular result for your business.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful material.
Only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not send credentials or confidential client data through the contact form. We can agree on a suitable way to exchange sensitive project information.
Content and links
Website content belongs to Cypher or its respective owners. You may read, link to, and share this website. Reuse of text, images, logos, or other material must respect the applicable intellectual property rights and any stated licence. Rights permitted by law remain unaffected.
External links, including AI summary tools, are provided for convenience. We do not control those services or guarantee their content. AI-generated summaries can be inaccurate and do not change our offers or agreements.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but pages may contain errors or become unavailable. Contact us to confirm information you plan to rely on for a business decision.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit rights that apply under mandatory law. Liability for paid services is addressed in the relevant client agreement.
Privacy and questions
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information collected through the website and your enquiries.
Dutch law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If you have a question or dispute about the website, contact tom@cypher.build so we can try to resolve it.
We may revise these website terms as the site changes. Revisions do not alter an existing client agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.
