What exactly do you build?
We run the data work growing companies need but do not have a data team for yet. We connect your tools, clean up the numbers, automate recurring reports, build dashboards, and keep the pipelines running. You get working data systems, not a report about what you should build later.
Are you SaaS or a service?
We are a service with software behind it. You do not buy a generic SaaS tool and figure it out yourself. We build and run the data setup for you. The important part: you own the code, the data, and the infrastructure. No lock-in. No forced subscription to keep access to your own numbers.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
You do. We can run the setup for you, but the work is built so you are not dependent on us. Your data stays in the environment we agree on. Your code lives in a repository you can access. If you ever want to take it over internally, we hand it over and train your team.
What's the difference between classic consultancy?
Consultancies usually sell hours, workshops, and documents. We sell outcomes and working data systems. We write code, deploy infrastructure, and stay responsible for whether the work keeps running. The goal is not a strategy deck. The goal is that your team stops stitching reports together by hand.
What happens after you deploy?
You choose. Some clients take over after launch. Most keep us on as their outsourced data team because they do not want to hire data engineers, analysts, and platform people separately. In managed mode, we monitor pipelines, fix issues, answer requests, add new data sources, and keep improving the setup.
Can you work with [Azure/our specific cloud/our tools]?
Usually, yes. We commonly connect accounting systems, CRMs, web analytics, ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools. We have a default stack because it is fast and right-sized for SMBs. If your company already uses Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or another required tool, we adapt where it makes sense.
We're not sure exactly what we need yet. Where do we start?
Start with Decode. In one week, we map your tools, your manual work, the numbers people argue about, and the places where better data would change decisions. You leave with a prioritized plan, a cost estimate, and a clear first build. If you continue, the investment is credited.
What about GDPR, security, and compliance?
Your data stays in the region and environment we agree on, usually inside your own cloud or a managed setup with clear access controls. We use infrastructure as code, managed credentials, role-based access, and version control. If you have specific compliance needs, we handle them during Decode so the first build does not create problems later.
Our team isn't technical. Can we actually use this?
Yes, if the output is built for them. Most users only need dashboards, alerts, reports, and clear definitions they can trust. The technical layer is for the people running the system. Your finance, operations, and leadership teams should not need to understand pipelines to answer normal business questions.
